Hi, I'm Tais.
I'm a mom. Just like you.
And I built Cura Active because I needed it myself.
Somewhere between the school runs, the endless laundry, and the mental load of holding everything together, I lost myself.
Not in a dramatic way.
In a quiet way.
I stopped moving my body.
I stopped drinking enough water.
I stopped making even five minutes for myself.
